a little beyond sunset, at that darkling moment when the world goes twilight...a pause between day and night...
...a tumble of fog sweeping through the forest, the rush of water tumbling over the edge

i need to thank someone for this moment (who would probably like to remain sorta unknown sono name will be mentioned)...it was worth the drive and being lost...thanks for taking me to a tranquil spot when the world just looks so hectic

I love the overall blue tone and the smooth water effect from longer exposure... very very cool picture. That rock on the right seems so sharp between water flows; and those branches in the foreground add a bit to the depth of the picture. Great pic =P (Razz)

This is awesome...was it a longer exposure so the water blends together? and did you use a low white balance to ge tthe blue color, or did you edit it in photoshop...or do any airbrushing?

details...
...long exposure since i had no direct light...about six seconds to maybe eight
and no altering of color or anything...the evening was that utterly blue...
...was just that wonderful of a location and timing
